SALES MANAGER (INDIAN MASALA)
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketingstrategies
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual salesquotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profitfor existing and new products
promoting the increase of purchases from existing customers
Actively working towards meeting the company's sales targets by sourcingand securing new sales
Establish and grow customer relationships that promotes good value andmutual benefits To communicate, manage, and oversee customer complaints or feedback To effectively organize sales/ account management meetings with customers orprospects.
Support the development of strategies, plans, and marketing materials topromote the company's business, To support the fulfilment of agreements between the company and the customers. To protect the profitability and brand of the company by proposing andreviewing sales To work with other departments and the management to establish or enhanceexisting To prepare, record, communicate, and report the individual sales efforts,to themanagement To ensure the required documentations to facilitate sales are obtained, and tosupport the company's efforts of retrieving receivables from clients.
Plan marketing related duties such aMaintain sales volume, product mix andselling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends,economic indicators and competitorsContribute to team effort by accomplishingrelated results as needed
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligningwith company sales policies and strategiess doing presentation at theexhibition (once the Covid-19 situation settles) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
