About the company

We are looking for an experienced specialist in the field of Enterprise Storage and Backup & Recovery to join the Infrastructure Services Operations team.

Your tasks

The person in this position will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of storage and data protection environments, with a particular focus on Commvault Complete Data Protection. The project also includes ensuring high availability of services, data security, compliance with audit requirements, and readiness to recover infrastructure in emergency situations.

• Administration and monitoring of the Commvault Complete Data Protection environment, including backups, data recovery, replication, and retention policies.
• Performing updates, implementing patches, and maintaining the stability of the backup platform.
• Maintenance of Enterprise Storage infrastructure, including Dell EMC, NetApp, and HPE Alletra / Nimble systems.
• Capacity management, performance monitoring, performing environment health checks, and firmware updates.
• Diagnosing complex incidents, Root Cause Analysis, and handling technical escalations.
• Maintaining Immutable Backups and performing Disaster Recovery tests and data recovery procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with SLA, security, and audit requirements.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Collaborating with the operations team, supporting less experienced specialists, and participating in improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of Enterprise Storage, Backup & Recovery.
• Very good, practical knowledge of Commvault Complete Data Protection.
• Mandatory Commvault Certified Professional (CCP) certification.
• Experience working with storage solutions such as Dell EMC, NetApp, or HPE.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere, KVM, or Nutanix virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
• Basic or practical knowledge of cloud backup topics: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience in handling ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Ability to diagnose problems, monitor infrastructure, and perform performance analysis.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Higher education in IT or equivalent professional experience.
