Senior Software Engineer (Python + AI)

Python AI Developer We are looking for an experienced Python AI Developer to join a team building modern AI-powered solutions based on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic AI. You will combine strong backend development skills with hands-on AI experience, contributing to the design, development and optimization of scalable solutions in a modern Azure Cloud and microservices environment.

Daily tasks

• Analyze requirements and contribute to system and solution design.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for real-world use cases.
• Develop RAG pipelines, hybrid search solutions and applications using vector databases.
• Work with multi-modal GenAI models, including text-to-image and text-to-audio solutions.
• Develop asynchronous and parallel solutions using asyncio.
• Troubleshoot applications and optimize system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and communicate directly with the client.
• Support technical decision-making and share knowledge with other team members.
• Take ownership of assigned solutions and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you bring 5+ years of software development experience.

Strong experience with Python and FastAPI.

Hands-on experience with Pydantic.

Solid understanding of asyncio and asynchronous/parallel programming.

Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

Experience developing agentic AI applications.

Good understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases and hybrid search.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership.

Nice to have Experience with Azure Cloud and services such as Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage or Redis.

Hands-on experience with LangGraph, including state management, long-term memory or human-in-the-loop workflows.

Familiarity with MCP or A2A protocols.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture.

Knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET Core.

Experience with MongoDB or Azure SQL.
