Senior IT Business Analyst

Your tasks

We're looking for Senior Business Analyst to join our client's project.

• Maintain strong relationships with key global stakeholders.
• Collect business requirements.
• Create detailed User Stories with explicit Acceptance Criteria in Jira.
• Hands-on manage backlog refinement within the Scrum framework.
• Support PO with PI Plannings.
• Translate business needs into process models and architecture flows using BPMN and UML notations.
• Design functional screen mockups and wireframes in tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, or Miro to visualize target solutions.
• Define use cases for leveraging AI, conduct prompt engineering, and test/optimize AI responses.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demos.
• Support creation of Knowledge Base (KB) articles, operational procedures, and project documentation on platforms like SharePoint or Confluence.

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial background in IT senior business analysis.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and consistent change management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.
• Requirements & UX Tools: Jira, Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, and Balsamiq.
• Methodologies & Frameworks: Agile (Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban), BPMN process modeling, UML system diagramming.
• Documentation & Platforms: ServiceNow (KB Articles), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint websites, Teams, Confluence).

• Domain Knowledge: Information Governance and Compliance, regulated IT ecosystems, IT for Pharma.
• AI Advocacy: AI prompt engineering and use case design.
