New Senior Data Scientist (AI & IT Operations Automation)

• Join an AI-First Workforce Enablement program within a global pharmaceutical and healthcare organization, focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to optimize IT support operations and improve service delivery.
• You will collaborate with Data Scientists and the development team to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, enhance self-service capabilities, and support proactive problem management across IT support levels, from L0 self-service to L1 Service Desk, L2 Onsite IT Services, and L3 IT Professional Services.

Daily tasks

• Analyze IT support data and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Improve self-service capabilities and optimize Service Desk and IT Operations processes.
• Support AI-based proactive problem management.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure program progress and solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and development teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Generative AI or AI-driven automation.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and data analysis.
• Experience with Service Desk or IT Operations optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Must have: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Data Analysis & Statistics, AI / Generative AI, Data Visualization
