Senior Logistics Trade Coordinator (FR/ENG)

The responsibilities for this position are:

• You are responsible for coordinating orders from our international customers.
• You will closely monitor the trade and logistics process and have daily contact with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, carriers, banks, and other stakeholders all over the world.
• You ensure that our customers receive their goods and handle unexpected challenges.
• You work closely with traders and colleagues from various departments.
• You prepare important logistics documents, such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading.

The required qualifications are:

• You have first relevant experience in the logistics sector AND/OR you hold a bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, languages,..
• Knowledge of incoterms, bill of ladings, invoices, etc. is a strong plus!
• You speak English and French well.
• You are accurate, service-oriented, and have a problem-solving mindset.
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and critical.
