International Commissioning Engineer

• You participate in pre-commissioning meetings and contribute to the preparation of inspection and commissioning documentation 📄
• You perform visual inspections, I/O tests and equipment testing to ensure the quality of installations 🛠️
• You are responsible for performing functional and communication tests, including performance and safety tests 🚦
• You finalize commissioning documentation for the as-built dossier, and report progress to the project team 📊
• You perform site inspections according to the HSEQ plans and supervise compliance and safety regulations
• You coordinate commissioning activities and support teams internationally, often traveling 75% of the time 🌎

The required qualifications are:

• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar 🎓
• You have at least five years of relevant experience as a commissioning or start-up engineer with a strong technical background 🔧
• You have demonstrable experience with international projects, automation and industrial networking 🌐
• You are proficient in TIA Portal and have experience within Siemens environments; knowledge of Studio 5000 / Rockwell is a plus
• You have strong automation knowledge: PLC programming, troubleshooting and networking
• You speak fluent English; speaking Dutch is a plus 🗣️
• You are hands-on, technically strong and have a proactive attitude
