About the company

Do you enjoy technology, like communicating with people, and are you interested in how custom technical solutions are created? Do you want to work with interesting technologies, learn new things, and participate in projects for customers from various industries? In our team at SQS Vláknová optika, we are looking for a person who will combine technical knowledge with communication with customers. You will be responsible for collaborating with production, development, and the sales department, preparing offers, and finding suitable solutions according to customer requirements. You don't have to be an expert in fiber optics. What is important to us is your interest in technology, the desire to learn, and the ability to find solutions.

Your tasks

What awaits you with us?

• You will provide technical support to selected customers.
• You will participate in the preparation of offers for special products and customer solutions in the field of fiber optics.
• You will collaborate with colleagues from production and development when searching for suitable technical solutions.
• You will be responsible for communication with customers and working in our internal information system Helios Green.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• You have at least a secondary technical education and are able to navigate technical documentation.
• You can communicate in writing in English, primarily via email.
• You are interested in technology, like to learn, and want to gradually get to know our products and technologies.
• If you have experience in a similar position, it is an advantage. However, it is certainly not a requirement.
