Project Manager

Responsibilities Plan and deliver projects on time, meeting agreed specifications and contractual requirements. Lead meetings, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and follow through on deadlines. Professionally challenge unreasonable or out-of-scope requests based on contractual terms. Anticipate risks, escalate roadblocks early and agree on practical recovery plans with customers. Take ownership beyond the traditional Project Manager role, proactively supporting broader business and operational needs, solving problems and contributing wherever required to achieve the company’s objectives. Requirements Experience managing software or IT projects. Strong planning, communication and negotiation skills. An independent problem solver who knows how to find and verify solutions using research, AI tools or expert advice.
