Regular/Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. Depending on your experience level (Regular / Senior), you will design, develop, and optimize solutions within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) area, working on enterprise-scale implementations. Daily tasks

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Work with ITOM modules such as: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
• Build workflows, integrations, and automations
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders
• Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements
• Contribute to best practices and code quality standards

Requirements

Required Skills (Regular) Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules Understanding of CMDB / Discovery fundamentals Experience with platform configuration & customization English level B2+/C1 Required Skills (Senior) Strong experience as ServiceNow Developer Solid expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt) Experience designing technical solutions Knowledge of integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server) Ability to mentor junior developers English level C1 (advanced / fluent) Nice to Have ServiceNow certifications ( CSA / CIS-ITOM ) Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of ITIL / Agile Scripting & performance optimization skills

Nice to have: REST API, SOAP, Cloud, AWS, Azure, ITIL
