  • Managing all on-site activities in accordance with project, contract, and safety requirements
  • Coordinating SPX teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces
  • Ensuring safe execution of work and compliance with EHS standards
  • Driving the site schedule, materials, documentation, and daily reports
  • Leading daily meetings and serving as the primary on-site point of contact
  • Solid experience in process engineering, installation, or commissioning, ideally in food processing, dairy, nutrition, or liquid processing
  • Good knowledge of P&ID, 3D plans, instrumentation, utilities, and process equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process issues on-site

  • Ease of communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ability to work autonomously at customer sites
  • Fluent English, oral and written

Requirements

This is an operational and field-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, international travel, and collaborating with customers as well as multidisciplinary teams.

  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, food technology, dairy technology, or a similar field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commissioning, process engineering, or field roles
  • Availability to travel frequently (up to 80%, primarily EMEA, but also international)
