(Warehouse Scom) Safety Supervisor Professional Safety Officer (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya)

• Safety Standards & Compliance : Oversee safety systems to meet the standards set by Regional Shopee, keep safety laws updated, prepare reports for government agencies, and manage the infirmary.

• Proactive Safety & Audits : Conduct regular Safety Walks, drive Deep Audits, and encourage the team to report various risk points (Hazard Report).

• Incident Analysis & Prevention : Investigate and analyze accidents, maintain statistical data, and find prevention methods to reduce risks, while sharing Lessons Learned to prevent recurrence.

• Training & Awareness ; Organize safety and occupational disease training for all employees, contractors, and visitors, and develop a program to train team members to become instructors.

• Site & Equipment Management : Control the safety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and manage warehouse traffic, oversee the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and manage 5S projects.

• Emergency & Change Management : Plan and organize Emergency Drills, and control safety during site changes or changes in work systems (MOC).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety (Safety/HSE), Public Health, or a related field. 3-5 years or more of experience in HSE management (direct experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or E-commerce will be specially considered). Able to write in English and possesses creativity; able to use Canva or other design programs to create safety public relations media. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; proactive and able to solve problems quickly. High sense of responsibility and commitment to work. Possess a driver's license and able to work on-site at the Shopee warehouse (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya warehouse).
