Assistant Outbound Manager - Samut Sakhon

• Improve and develop the processes of the Outbound team by identifying and analyzing root causes of problems
• Monitor and improve the work efficiency of all functions within the Outbound team
• Manage, study, and understand the WMS system for Outbound functions, including both existing and newly implemented ones, and train new team members
• Create work plans and schedules to achieve goals
• Prepare monthly, daily, and problem reports related to the Outbound process
• Plan and coordinate between departments and relevant agencies
• Monitor and improve the work efficiency of the Outbound team in all functions
• Design work processes to reduce damage, errors, and incorrect packaging
• Manage order receiving in the WMS system to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Handle various occurring problems and take responsibility for coordination between shifts, departments, customers, and vendors as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or other related fields Minimum 5 years of experience working in a warehouse Experience in Outbound will be given special consideration Able to communicate in English Good problem-solving and conflict management skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Excel Able to work well in a team Able to work in shifts and on holidays as determined by the company
