Rotational Program Associate

Rotate through 3 to 4 teams (e.g., strategy, operations, product, commercial) over 12 to 24 months.

Own real projects in each rotation, not just support work, with clear deliverables and results.

Analyze problems, gather data, and present recommendations to team leads and senior management.

Help launch new initiatives, from planning and coordination to tracking early results.

Build a network across the company and share learnings that connect teams together.

0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates with an outstanding record are welcome.

Top academic performance, leadership roles, or competitive internships (tech, banking, or consulting).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and data.
