PRODUCTION PLANNING, & INVENTORY CONTROL STAFF (Onsite)

Your tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff member to support production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will help ensure materials are available when needed, production schedules are met, and inventory records remain accurate.

• Assist in preparing and monitoring production plans and schedules based on operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements to ensure timely availability of supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, production reports, and material movement documentation.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and other relevant departments to address material shortages and production delays.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, minimize material wastage, and enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related engineering course.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning, materials management, scheduling, or inventory control.
• Experience in modular cabinets, furniture manufacturing, fit-out, or construction is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
