AI & Automation Intern

In short At Sprints & Sneakers, we are looking for a driven intern who wants to learn how technology, creativity, and AI come together to take our Growth Marketing Experiments to the next level. Technical knowledge is not required; we will help you with this! During your internship, you will learn to set up smart automations, connect tools and systems (for example with Make and Zapier), and deploy AI for unique, personalized solutions (such as custom GPTs). You will work on impactful campaigns for both our B2C and B2B clients and get the chance to further develop your technical skills.

Your impact within this role During this internship, you will be guided by experienced professionals, given the space to ask questions, and the opportunity to take on projects yourself. This allows you to further develop your technical and creative talents and contribute to innovative marketing solutions. You will do this in areas such as: Automations: You will assist in building workflows and connecting different tools, ensuring data flows automatically and smoothly.

AI innovations: Together with the team, you will experiment with AI tools such as custom GPTs, MidJourney, and Runway to realize unique marketing campaigns.

Process optimization: You will help identify and automate repetitive tasks, making workflows increasingly efficient.

You, in a few sentences You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the direction of marketing, communication, business administration, commercial economics, or another relevant field;

You are looking for a full-time working internship for at least 3 months starting from September 2026;

You possess excellent communication skills (Dutch and English), perseverance, and a goal-oriented approach;

You possess extreme ownership and accuracy;

You have an ambitious, inquisitive, and creative personality with a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality;

You find it important to make a positive impact.
