ADV / Planning / Supply Chain M/F (M/F)

SPRING is a human-sized company in full expansion, specializing in precision mechanics and machining, primarily in the aeronautics and defense sectors.

In this context of strong development, we are looking for an ADV / Planning / Supply Chain M/F to strengthen our organization and optimize the management of production flows and customer orders.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Ensure the contract review of customer orders and register them in the ERP;
• Based on the load / CAPA, plan and schedule production on the ERP (CLIPPER);
• Consult the supplier database to ensure the availability of materials and components;
• Optimization and management of stocks;
• Monitor the progress of supplier orders and guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines;
• Lead the daily ritual for measuring schedule adherence;
• Ensure coordination between different departments;
• Integration of warehouse receipts, and management of shipments to suppliers and customers.

PROFILE:

Holding a Bac +2 to Bac +5 in production management, logistics, supply chain or equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar missions / positions in an industrial environment.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of planning tools (MRP2, PIC/PDP), ideally ERP CLIPPER;
• Good knowledge of industrial flows and the supply chain;
• Ability to analyze data and manage performance indicators;
• Advanced mastery of Excel (pivot tables, schedule tracking);
• Mastery of English, fluent in both written and spoken;
• Understanding of production constraints (capacity, deadlines, supplies).

CONDITIONS:

Permanent contract (CDI) (39h). Based in Baule (45). Day shifts. Base salary 28 K€ to 34 K€ gross/year depending on experience. Mutual insurance / Provident fund 100% covered. Company catering 70% covered.
