Executive Director – Assisted Living

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community in Vineland, New Jersey.

This is an opportunity to take the lead of a stable, well-performing community with an established team and strong foundation already in place. We are looking for a proven senior living leader who can build on that success, with particular strengths in building strong teams, creating a positive and accountable culture, and driving financial performance.

The Role: The Executive Director has overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the community, including:

Building a strong leadership team and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

Driving financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, labor management, expense control, and revenue.

Leading occupancy and census growth in partnership with the sales team.

Overseeing community operations and maintaining high standards for resident experience, service, and safety.

Maintaining regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.

Qualifications: Current New Jersey Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) certification or New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.

Proven leadership experience in assisted living or senior living, preferably as an Executive Director, Administrator, or comparable operational leader.

Demonstrated ability to build strong teams, create a positive culture, and establish accountability.

Strong financial and operational background, including P&L management, budgeting, labor management, and expense control.

Experience driving occupancy, census, and overall community performance.

Strong knowledge of New Jersey assisted living regulations and survey processes.

Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
