Requirements

We’re especially keen to hear from proactive applicants with a strong background in strategy, digital innovation, and data-driven growth.

The ideal candidate thrives on envisioning and creating new opportunities, has the confidence to share fresh ideas, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm and resourcefulness.

We’re looking for candidates with

• 2–3 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) and exposure to digital or growth projects in manufacturing or tech industries.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with a knack for turning insights into actionable solutions.
• A passion for leveraging data-driven experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, creative, and self-sufficient mindset.
