About the company

Xventure is the next-generation indoor active sports park from the Kiztopia Group, designed to deliver exciting movement-based experiences for children, youths and families. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and want to be part of an exciting journey in active entertainment.

Your tasks

• Welcome guests and create a fun, safe and enjoyable experience.
• Assist with admissions, ticketing and guest enquiries.
• Supervise attractions and ensure guests follow safety guidelines.
• Support crowd management, events and promotional activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of attractions and equipment.
• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with children, youths and families.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Comfortable standing, walking and being physically active during shifts.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Students and individuals without prior experience are welcome to apply!
