CONTENT CREATOR / LIVESTREAM HOST AND YOUTUBE LEAD

About the company

Sportivo Limited is looking for a confident, engaging and creative person to host livestreams, develop YouTube content and grow an active audience across our digital platforms.

Your tasks

You should enjoy being on camera, interacting with viewers and creating original sports and entertainment content.

• Host regular, scheduled and engaging livestreams on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Keep viewers involved through conversations, interviews, audience questions and interactive activities.
• Plan, present and produce original YouTube videos.
• Edit livestream highlights into short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Cover company events and activities through live broadcasts and recorded content.
• Maintain a realistic weekly livestream and content publishing schedule.
• Manage audience interactions and coordinate moderation where needed.
• Develop digital revenue opportunities through eligible platform monetisation features, audience support and approved brand integrations.
• Work with the Marketing Executives on promotional campaigns and sponsored content.
• Track views, watch time, viewer retention, engagement and subscriber growth.
• Maintain organised footage and content files and represent Sportivo professionally.

Requirements

• Experience as a content creator, livestream host, vlogger or digital presenter.
• Confidence on camera and strong communication and audience-engagement skills.
• A genuine interest in social media, sports and entertainment.
• Practical knowledge of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
• Basic filming, livestream setup and video editing skills.
• Ability to use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar editing tool.
• Ability to develop original ideas and maintain a consistent content schedule.
• Experience with OBS Studio, Streamlabs or similar streaming tools is an advantage.
