To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d) International Business, full-time.

What your tasks will consist of:

• You will take over administrative processing in the areas of international payment transactions, payment reclamations, international collections, letters of credit, and guarantees
• You will undertake activities in the processing of foreign exchange trading and the management of foreign currency accounts
• In the sense of active sales support, you will advise our customers via all access channels and provide high-quality service and assistance
• Situation-related support for the BusinessServiceCenter on topics related to business checking accounts

What you should bring with you:

• You have completed training at a Sparkasse or bank and possess a high degree of service and customer orientation
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in international business administration and possess corresponding knowledge of the software applications
• You have sound language skills, especially English skills
