Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions based on clinical findings and established treatment protocols. Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ progress throughout their rehabilitation journey. Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, posture, home management, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation. Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patient care, and confidentiality. Participate in continuous professional development and clinical training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification. Must be registered and licensed to practice in Ghana. Previous clinical experience is preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Professional, responsible, adaptable, and committed to providing quality patient care. Willingness to work and reside in Takoradi.
