Service Ambassador

Your tasks

We are looking for a friendly and service-minded Service Ambassador to create a welcoming experience for every Beutea guest. You will support daily outlet operations, assist with drink preparation and ensure our service and product standards are consistently maintained.

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service.

• Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.

• Prepare and serve Beutea beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

• Explain menu items, promotions and membership offers to guests.

• Be familiar with the Beutea App and assist guests with enquiries about app features, orders, vouchers and membership.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and throughout the outlet.

• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and daily opening or closing duties.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when needed.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible and customer-focused.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• F&B or retail experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
