Network Infrastructure Operational Manager (M/F)
As part of a Network and Security Infrastructure Managed Services contract for a client in the aeronautics and space sector, we are looking for an Operational Manager on a Permanent Contract (CDI), based in Toulouse at the client's site.
As the Leader of the Product Service Line (PSL), you will be the client's primary point of contact for all operational questions related to the scope under your responsibility.
You will be responsible for the quality of the service provided and for meeting the deadlines set for the PSL. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement by collaborating with experts and internal N3 teams based in France, Germany, Spain, and England to identify areas for innovation and improvement. You will work in close collaboration with an architect, under the supervision of the Operations Director. This duo (Architect/Operational Manager) will have the mission, at the level of each PSL, to: Provide technical support to resolve incidents and complex problems within the deadlines and with optimal quality. Offer advice and recommendations by providing your technical expertise and following technological evolutions to support the client in the operational and secure management of their infrastructure, as well as in its evolution.
Your daily challenges: Assume responsibility for the PSL by ensuring compliance with deadlines and service quality. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner for all PSL activities, whether they concern routine operations (Run) or projects (Build). Manage risks specific to the PSL and guarantee the necessary technical expertise in terms of technologies, skill levels, and volumes. Cooperate with local Team Leaders for daily operations (Run). Work in close collaboration with Project Managers for project-related operations (Build). Refine and validate processes in coordination with the Control Tower. Engage operational teams and experts to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, in collaboration with the Control Tower. Actively participate in technical, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and ensure regular reporting of your activity to the Operations Director.
Your profile Higher degree in computer science, project management, or an equivalent field. Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in operational team management, ideally in an industrial or service environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Good level of professional English.
