Electrical Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the electrical maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of all electrical systems, automation equipment, and power distribution networks within the factory. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all electrical equipment and systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and electrical control circuits.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

Lead electrical installation works and factory expansion or investment projects.

Oversee maintenance of control panels, PCCs, MCCs, and electrical distribution systems.

Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and backup/upload/download activities when required.

Inspect and repair electric motors, protection devices, and motor starting systems.

Monitor and maintain VFDs, soft starters, and associated protection systems.

Develop and track preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, and spare parts consumption.

Coordinate maintenance activities with production, mechanical teams, and external contractors.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance and engineering roles, with a significant track record in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, or a related field) is highly preferred.

Engineering fundamentals and practical application.

Comprehensive Maintenance strategies and execution.

Expertise in developing and managing Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.

Thorough understanding and implementation of industrial Safety Management.

A commitment to continuous Process Improvement.

Very Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
