Job Profile: The Quality and Supplier Development Manager ensures the ability of Suppliers to deliver products and services at the expected performance level. He/she organizes supplier monitoring and associated action plans. In close collaboration with the Purchasing and Production Departments, he/she implements the processes, tools, and measures necessary to monitor and improve the performance of the SPHEREA Test & Services supply chain. In particular, he/she ensures the interface with all stakeholders to guarantee the processing of supplier non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions.

Main Missions: Monitor supplier performance - define and manage progress plans; Manage the resolution of supplier technical issues with all stakeholders - ensure the implementation of corrective actions; Ensure Supply Chain risk monitoring, and follow risk reduction actions; Participate in supplier selection based on observed performance, questionnaires, and/or audits; Ensure supplier qualification and manage all actions necessary to meet SPHEREA standards; Participate in industrial transfers in the event of a change of supplier.

You have solid experience in Supply Chain management and know the associated methodologies (CBN, LEAN tools, ...). You have good knowledge of quality methods and tools, including conducting root cause analyses (8D, 5 Why, QQOQCP, ...) and managing supplier audits. Likewise, normative requirements (ISO9001, EN9100, ...) are no secret to you. Knowledge of IPC-A610 & potentially IPC-A-620 would be appreciated. You are proficient in an ERP-type tool (IFS would be a plus), and you are comfortable with office tools (Office 365). The evolution of SPHEREA requires an intermediate level (B2) in spoken and written English.
