I'm currently working with a leading integrated agency that is looking for a Senior Account Director to join its growing social team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building client relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative social-first campaigns for major brands.

The Opportunity

• Lead day-to-day relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
• Oversee the delivery of integrated social, influencer and content campaigns.
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
• Manage and mentor a talented team, supporting their development and progression.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, influencer and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class work.
• Play a key role in campaign planning, performance reviews and long-term client strategy.

About You

• Proven experience at Account Director or Senior Account Director level within an agency environment.
• Strong social media and content marketing experience.
• Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Commercially aware, with experience growing client accounts and spotting opportunities.
• Passionate about social trends, culture, creators and emerging platforms.
