Freelance - Social Creative

We're looking for a Social Creative to join a growing social first creative team.

You'll be responsible for developing original, culturally relevant ideas for social , working across brands and platforms to create content that people genuinely want to engage with.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing social first creative concepts from brief through to execution
• Creating ideas across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
• Working closely with writers, designers, strategists and other creatives
• Creating platform native content rather than adapting traditional advertising for social
• Presenting and selling ideas to clients
• Staying on top of culture, trends and online communities
• Getting hands on with the work and helping bring ideas to life

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience as a Social Creative, Creative or Ideas led Creative
• A portfolio showcasing genuinely social first work
• Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content work on each
• Someone who can come up with big ideas, not just execute content
• Strong creative instincts, taste and a clear point of view
• Confident presenting ideas and working with clients
• Curious, culturally engaged and always looking for what's next
• Hands on, collaborative and proactive

The biggest thing is that social is genuinely your passion . We're looking for someone who sees social as the starting point, not a stepping stone into traditional advertising.
