Assignment Description Ready to lead a high-priority financial crime initiative across four countries? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major delivery involving new data integrations, scenario development, testing and activation. The assignment focuses on the Finance Receivables stream through a dedicated Contextual Monitoring solution, bringing together business, risk, compliance and technology teams in a complex, regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities Lead delivery across multiple Transaction Monitoring workstreams.

Translate business, financial crime and regulatory priorities into structured delivery roadmaps.

Coordinate stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and related functions.

Manage priorities by balancing model risk, regulatory commitments, validation outcomes, technical considerations and delivery capacity.

Work closely with Capability Leads, Model Owners and SMEs to align development, validation, implementation and ongoing monitoring.

Coordinate model validation activities and ensure findings, limitations and recommendations are properly followed up.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies and remediation activities across the programme.

Maintain oversight of the full model lifecycle, from implementation and approval through monitoring, change and periodic review.

Communicate key risks, decisions, governance outcomes, priorities and required actions to stakeholders.

Represent Transaction Monitoring initiatives in relevant governance and prioritisation forums.

Track audit findings, regulatory commitments, risk acceptance actions and remediation through to closure.

Use model performance, validation results and risk insights to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness and compliance.

Maintain visibility of dependencies across Transaction Monitoring, data, technology, operations and wider Financial Crime capabilities.

Requirements Must Have Proven Project or Programme Management experience within banking or financial services.

Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

Strong capabilities in governance, prioritisation and stakeholder management.

Experience working in a regulated environment with regulatory or audit requirements.

Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, issues and remediation across multiple workstreams.

Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Ability to turn complex business and regulatory requirements into clear delivery plans.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

CV must be submitted in English.

Good to Have Experience in Financial Crime, AML or Transaction Monitoring.

Knowledge of Quantexa.

Experience with Transaction Monitoring models or solutions.
