Pre-Sales Engineer – Electronic Surveillance Systems

Job Description We are looking for a knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems to support technical discussions, solution design, and proposal preparation. Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Electronic Surveillance / ELV solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
• Prepare quotations and reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales, project, and installation teams for technical support.
• Assist in preparing system solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Structured Cabling projects.
• Provide technical support during client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to proposals and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Networking, and Structured Cabling.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (quotations, BOQs, and reporting).
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
