Responsibilities

• Develop data platforms and data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Integrate and model data from Dynamics 365, Dataverse, ERP systems, and other sources.
• Prepare data models and Power BI reports using SQL and DAX.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and good performance in the data solutions.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

Must-have requirements

• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and production-based data platforms or data warehouses.
• Good skills in data modeling, SQL, Power BI, and DAX.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Good oral and written English skills.

Desired qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or client-facing projects.
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications in data and analytics.
• Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
• Ability to design and implement data solutions independently.

Other

Location: Oslo, Norway (the office moves to Lysaker from January 2027) Work model: Hybrid, usually 2–3 days a week in the office
