Senior Accounts Partner

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Partner to support the development and growth of Spencer Ogden’s strategic client relationships across the Asia Pacific region.
The role will focus on building long-term client partnerships, identifying new commercial opportunities, developing strategic accounts and coordinating Spencer Ogden’s recruitment and workforce solutions across markets, disciplines and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for clients across APAC, identifying new, medium- and long-term opportunities to expand Spencer Ogden’s presence across markets, disciplines, service lines and client divisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, developing a detailed understanding of their business priorities, workforce challenges and future talent requirements.
- Identify and develop new and untapped commercial opportunities through market intelligence, workforce trends and client insights, translating these into relevant recruitment and talent solutions.
- Drive new business and strategic account growth through achievement of agreed Net Fee Income (NFI), sales contribution and account objectives , with a focus on sustainable and commercially valuable client development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across APAC, including sales, recruitment, operations and support functions, to deliver a consistent and effective client experience.
- Establish and maintain effective account governance, service standards and communication structures, proactively identifying service issues, client risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by providing relevant market and talent insights, identifying workforce risks and recommending solutions that create measurable value for the client.
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and ownership in balancing client expectations, business priorities and delivery requirements, and undertake other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned in line with the nature and seniority of the role.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in strategic account management, business development, recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or a related client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow key or strategic client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience engaging and building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Good understanding of recruitment, talent and workforce-market dynamics, ideally within the APAC region.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, functions and markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound commercial judgement and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
