Interim Closedown Accountant Spencer Clarke Group are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Closedown Accountant.

Your tasks

You will provide interim support to the Council's finance team with accounts closedown, drawing on your experience of local authority year-end accounts.

Requirements

• Strong local authority finance experience.
• Proven experience of accounts closedown and year-end accounts.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Rate: £645 - £830 per day
• Contract: 3-6 months
• Hours: 37 per week
• Location: West Midlands
