Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Move On Team Leader for a local authority in East London.
Your tasks
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to help households move out of temporary accommodation and into secure, sustainable homes, driving performance and delivering positive outcomes.
- Lead and manage the Move-On Team to deliver agreed performance targets.
- Oversee cases and ensure households progress from temporary accommodation into suitable homes.
- Identify and remove barriers to move-on, using housing and private rented sector opportunities.
- Work with internal and external partners to drive successful and sustainable tenancy outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience leading and managing housing or homelessness teams.
- Strong knowledge of temporary accommodation and move-on processes.
- Proven track record of delivering performance targets and successful outcomes.
- Experience working with landlords, housing providers and external partners.
What we offer
*Salary: £37ph** may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience
