About the company
Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for SEN/SEMH schools across Bolton, Salford, Rochdale and surrounding areas.
Your tasks
The Role: Provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with learning and interventions, support behaviour and emotional regulation, build positive relationships and help SEN/SEMH pupils develop confidence and engagement.
Requirements
We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people
- SEN/SEMH experience desirable
- school, residential or care experience beneficial
- confidence managing challenging behaviour
- patience
- consistency
- a genuine interest in supporting young people
