Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting LSAs for SEN/SEMH schools across Alnwick, Amble, Ashington, Cramlington and surrounding areas.

Spencer Clarke Group work across Primary, Secondary, SEN and college settings, as well as support staff positions.

Your tasks

The Role: 1:1 and small-group support, supporting learning and independence, SEN/SEMH needs and positive behaviour.

Requirements

We're Looking For: Previous LSA, TA or education experience, SEN experience desirable, strong communication skills and a calm, resilient approach.
