We're currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, supporting schools with day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates and aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
The Role:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure pupils remain on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation.
- Follow school policies and work closely with teaching and support staff.
We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (school-based experience is desirable).
- Graduates considering a career in teaching.
- Confident individuals with strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic professionals.
