Manage complete procurement cycle for assigned packages — from enquiry (RFQ) issuance to purchase order (PO) award and post-award management.
Develop and maintain procurement strategy, sourcing plan, and package tracking register in coordination with project teams.
Liaise with engineering, quality, expediting, and logistics teams to ensure technical, commercial, and delivery requirements are met.
Prepare commercial bid tabulations, lead negotiations with vendors, and make award recommendations for management approval.
Review and manage supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, and vendor performance.
Coordinate with expeditors and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to site or fabrication yard.
Manage change orders, deviations, and claims in collaboration with contracts and project control teams.
Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, company policies, and client requirements.
Participate in regular project review meetings and report procurement status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
