  • Must possess a Resident Technical Officer Certificate 2026 / 2027
  • 5.5 days work week
  • 6 months contract
  • Min. 2 years' experience as Resident Technical Officer or equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively with Qualified Person, project manager, consultants and builder
  • Familiarity with stone cladding will be an advantage
