SALES MANAGER – TAKORADI Spectra Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Takoradi branch, drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Added Advantage: Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
