We are looking for an immediate

Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

Location: Roth, Full-time

Tasks

• Checking, coding, and posting accounts payable documents
• Ensuring a smooth invoice receipt and approval process
• Written and telephone correspondence with the relevant contact persons (internal/external)
• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
• Performing general ledger postings
• Supporting payment transactions and processing reminders
• Creation of various evaluations as well as monthly statistics
• Supporting activities for the preparation of annual financial statements

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in the field of accounting
• Very good knowledge in the field of accounts payable accounting
• Independent, careful, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork and communication skills
• English skills
