English Teacher - Virtual Modality

SpeakUp, a Guatemalan English academy in a 100% virtual modality, is looking to incorporate an English Teacher into its academic team, responsible for facilitating language learning through practical, dynamic methodologies oriented toward the development of communicative competencies.

• Teach English classes in virtual modality to students of different levels.
• Plan and develop structured, dynamic, and participatory educational sessions.
• Prepare teaching materials, exercises, and learning activities.
• Strengthen students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Develop conversation, pronunciation, and English fluency activities.
• Implement practical exercises related to job interviews, customer service, and professional communication.
• Conduct periodic evaluations and follow up on students' academic progress.
• Maintain records of attendance, participation, and academic performance.
• Promote an inclusive, participatory, and motivating learning environment.
• Coordinate academic activities with the SpeakUp administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational processes.
