Recruitment and Selection Advisor - Results-Oriented

Do you like working with goals, following up, and making things happen? At Speak English, we are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Advisor for our Scholarship Program. Your main objective will be to ensure that our groups are filled on time with candidates who meet the program requirements. This is a position for someone with initiative, a sense of urgency, and a focus on results. We are not looking for someone who simply manages lists: we are looking for a person who takes responsibility for driving each process through to completion.

What will you do?

• Actively follow up with candidates interested in our scholarships.
• Maintain a constant flow of candidates for upcoming groups.
• Administer tests and filter candidates according to program requirements.
• Validate English level, availability, commitment, internet connection, computer skills, and place of residence.
• Coordinate interviews and evaluations and ensure that candidates advance quickly through the process.
• Follow up until the slots for each group are filled.
• Search for and incorporate replacement candidates when slots become available.
• Keep information and the status of each candidate updated.
• Work with indicators of compliance, filling speed, and the quality of selected candidates.
