Property Maintenance Technician

Overview: We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and routine maintenance at our apartment properties. The ideal candidate has experience in residential maintenance, communicates well, and takes pride in completing quality work. Responsibilities: Complete assigned work orders and report repair status to the Maintenance Coordinator. Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, faucets, toilets, and drain issues. Troubleshoot lighting issues and perform basic electrical maintenance within the scope of training. Repair drywall, paint, and complete minor carpentry work. Repair or replace doors, locks, screens, blinds, and other fixtures. Assist with vacant apartment preparation and property upkeep. Document completed work with notes and photos. Communicate professionally with residents and management. Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean. Qualifications: Previous apartment maintenance, handyman, or residential repair experience. Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently. Reliable attendance and strong time management. Ability to travel between assigned properties. Ability to safely perform physical maintenance tasks and use tools and ladders.
