Customer Operations Executive

Weekdays — Operations & Facilities Manage preventive and reactive facilities matters across Spatial locations. Conduct site checks and identify maintenance, cleanliness and facility issues. Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and external vendors when required. Support day-to-day operations and ensure all locations are running smoothly. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues. Assist with business development and other operational projects when required. Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Weekends — Cleaning & Facilities Management

Travel between study pod locations to carry out general cleaning and upkeep of Spatial study pods and oEices.

Conduct facility checks and ensure locations are clean, functional and presentable.

Respond to operational or facility issues that arise during the weekend.
