Position: Front Desk Receptionist

*Location:* Spasation ? Londonderry Mall, Edmonton, AB *Salary:* $15.00?$16.00 per hour *Job Types:* Full-time, Part-time, Contract *Work Location:* In person

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking software
• Provide accurate information about spa services, treatments, products, and pricing
• Check clients in and out professionally
• Process payments and operate the cash register
• Direct billing for massages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management
• Work closely with therapists, estheticians, and other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with general front-desk and salon duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, salon, or spa environments
• *Strong English speaking and writing skills are required*
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, email, and payment systems
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Knowledge of spa services and products is an asset
• Must be reliable, professional, friendly,and customer-focused
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• *Customer service experience: 1 year required*
• *Sales experience: 1 year preferred*
• Previous spa or salon reception experience is an asset

Schedule

• 4?6 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Evening / night shifts
• Weekend availability
• Holiday availability
