Student Advisor (Field Education Consultant)

Job Description :

• Identify and engage prospective families through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information.
• Assist families with the enrollment process.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Sales or educational consulting (early education a plus).
• A sales-driven, money-oriented mindset.⁠⁠
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales and persuasion expertise.
• Proficient in CRM systems and office software.
• Preferably minimum 1 years of Direct and B2C sales experience.
• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
