*About Sparkle and Scrub Cleaning* Sparkle and Scrub Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving Toronto, the GTA, Hamilton, Brantford, Ottawa, and surrounding areas. We provide standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning, and professional carpet cleaning. We're growing our network of independent carpet cleaning professionals to handle steady client demand.

*The Opportunity* This is a *subcontract position, not employment*. We're looking for established, self-equipped carpet cleaners who run their own operation and want a reliable source of booked jobs. We handle the marketing, booking, and client communication up front. You show up with your own equipment, do excellent work, and invoice us per job.

*What You Bring (Required)*

• Your own professional carpet cleaning equipment (truck mount or commercial portable extractor), hoses, wands, and accessories in good working order
• Your own cleaning solutions, pre-sprays, spotters, deodorizers, and protectants
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting your equipment to job sites
• A smartphone for job details, before and after photos, and communication

*What the Work Involves*

• Completing assigned residential and commercial carpet cleaning jobs to Sparkle and Scrub quality standards
• Assessing carpet types and stains and choosing the right methods and products
• Moving light furniture as needed and protecting the client's home or property
• Communicating professionally with clients on site
• Submitting before and after photos and invoicing upon job completion

*Experience*

• Proven carpet cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of stain removal, fibre types, and drying best practices
• Punctual, professional, and able to work independently without supervision
