Excellent communication skills Comfortable interacting with strangers and businesses Energetic and confident in field environments Organized and reliable Able to collect and communicate feedback clearly Comfortable using a smartphone and basic digital tools Interest in automotive, technology, business or entrepreneurship Willingness to travel around Kampala and Entebbe when required
Role Description SpareHub is building digital infrastructure for Africa’s automotive ecosystem. We are looking for an energetic Automotive Community & Field Operations Intern to help us connect the platform with the people who use and power the automotive industry every day. What You Will Do
Visit mechanics, spare-parts shops, drivers and automotive businesses. Introduce people to SpareHub and demonstrate the platform. Support user and business onboarding activities. Help organize field activations and community campaigns. Build relationships with mechanics and automotive communities. Collect real-world feedback about how people currently search for and buy spare parts. Identify recurring problems and opportunities that can improve SpareHub. Report field observations and user feedback to the team. Support other operational activities as the company grows.
